11/19, a day those of us in Massachusetts will never FOURget, yet a day that makes us considerably more likely to remember every day hereafter. Farewell, four loko. We barely knew ye. Anyway here are the songs of the week go get wild.

One of my fav songs of all time and for sure what I’m in the mood for after a battle of a week.

Gunz:
Sufjan Stevens – Get Real, Get Right
I really gained a new appreciation for Sufjan’s new album after his inspiring live performance and amazing, yet unexpected, coordinated video show. Truly one of the few unique musicians out there.

Tom:
Sarah Borges & Broken Singles – Me and Your Ghost
Sarah Borges hails from Taunton, Mass and this song of hers is simply perfect.

Kano:
The Isley Brothers – Between The Sheets
The other version that I love is Fourplay – Between The Sheets Feat. Chaka Khan and while it can’t beat the original it never hurts to add Chaka Khan to something.

Noobchumpsky:
The Kills – Cheap and Cheerful
Dirty rock groove from Alison Mosshart, of The Dead Weather.

whacker:
La Fine Equipe & Mattic – I Am Style
Great DJ, great MC. What more do you need for amazing hip-hop?

Cailin:
Phantogram – When I’m Small
Here’s a moody but dancy song to ease you into the weekend. Their track Mouthful of Diamonds is worth checking out too!
