Not only do neo-soul outfit Fitz and the Tantrums sound like a throwback to yesteryear, they also act like it, releasing a 7 inch holiday single entitled “Santa Stole My Lady”. Fitz apparently isn’t too happy with Santa playing all the ladies and kissing all the mommies around the world just because he’s doling out toys for the kids. Despite the kitsch, it’s actually refreshing to hear a fun holiday single that is catchy and maintains the group’s sound.
Santa’s not all he’s cracked up to be. Keep your chimney shut and your girl close this Christmas.
