UPDATE: It’s official, U2 canceled their appearance at this year’s glastonbury. We hope Bono makes a speedy recovery. As for those attending this year’s festival, we’re sure Stevie Wonder, The Flaming Lips, Muse and about 400 other bands will ensure you have a good time regardless.
Yikes. Apparently Bono underwent emergency spinal surgery today at a neurosurgery clinic in Munich. All seems well now, however the early summer US tour dates have already been postponed and U2′s first ever festival appearance at Glastonbury now looks in jeopardy.

Well i am Irish, and so within Ireland bono and u2 are really admired and also could certainly not do very a lot drastically wrong, most of us love them.
